Ad Creator Guide: Build Complete Ad Creatives — Visuals, Video, and Voiceover in One Flow
# Ad Creator Guide: Build Complete Ad Creatives — Visuals, Video, and Voiceover in One Flow
Most ad tools make you work in three different places: a design app for visuals, a copy tool for scripts, and a separate platform for voiceover. The result is a frankensteined creative that took hours to assemble. Ad Creator is the opposite: a single guided workflow that takes you from a product brief all the way to a download-ready ad — image, animated video, and voiceover narration — without ever leaving Vincony.
This guide walks through every step so you know exactly what to expect, what each control does, and how to get the best result the first time.

How Ad Creator is different from Ad Copy Generator and Batch Ads
Before diving in, a quick orientation so you pick the right tool for the job.
- Ad Copy Generator (/os/ad-copy) — text only. Headlines, body copy, CTAs across multiple angles. Use it when you need written copy to drop into an existing design.
- Batch Ads Generator (/os/batch-ads) — volume. Generate dozens of copy-and-image variants at once for split-testing. Use it after you have a winning creative concept and want to scale it.
- Ad Creator (/os/ad-creator) — complete single creative. One ad, built properly, from brief to finished asset bundle. Use it when you need a fully produced, publication-ready creative — not just copy, and not a spreadsheet of variants.
The differentiator is the visual pipeline. Ad Creator generates your image using Flux Pro, optionally animates it into a short video clip using Kling V2.6 or Kling V2.5 Turbo, adds a multilingual AI voiceover, and hands you a coherent package of files to download or publish directly.

The 5-step workflow
Ad Creator is structured as a linear five-step flow with a progress bar at the top. Your draft is auto-saved to your browser as you go — if you close the tab and come back, everything is still there. A brief summary panel stays visible on steps 2 through 5 so you never lose context on what you briefed.

Step-by-step walkthrough
Step 1 — Your Ad Brief
This is the creative foundation. Every downstream generation — image prompt, video motion, voiceover script — is built from what you write here.
1. Open Ad Creator. You need to be signed in; free and paid accounts all have access.
2. Fill in Product / Brand Name. Required. Keep it short and specific — this becomes the anchor for all AI-generated content.
3. Write your Description. Required, minimum 50 characters recommended. Describe what the product does and why someone should buy it. Hit Enhance with AI to have Gemini expand a rough draft into a punchy 280-character marketing description — useful if you are starting from a plain product spec.
4. Add Target Audience and CTA Text (optional but recommended). "Women 18–35 interested in skincare" and "Shop Now" will produce a meaningfully different image and script than leaving these blank.
5. Choose a Tone. Seven options: fun, serious, luxury, energetic, professional, playful, inspirational. This setting propagates through image prompt generation, voiceover script tone, and script variant generation. Pick the one that matches your brand voice.
6. Select your Format. Three aspect ratios:
| Format | Ratio | Target platform |
|---|---|---|
| 9:16 | Vertical | TikTok, Instagram Reels |
| 16:9 | Widescreen | YouTube pre-roll, banner |
| 1:1 | Square | Instagram feed, Facebook |
The format you pick determines the image resolution (768x1344 for vertical, 1344x768 for widescreen, 1024x1024 for square), the video aspect ratio, and the target word count for your voiceover script.
Not sure what to put? Hit Use Template in the top-right of the brief card to load an industry preset — SaaS, e-commerce fashion, food and beverage, fitness app, beauty, or tech gadget — and edit from there.
Press Next: Visuals (or Cmd+Enter / Ctrl+Enter on desktop) when the brief looks right.
---
Step 2 — Ad Visual
This step generates your hero image. It costs 4 credits per generation.
1. AI-generated image prompt. When you arrive on this step, Vincony automatically drafts an image prompt from your brief. You will see it pre-filled in the Image Prompt field. Read it. Edit it freely — it is a starting point, not a locked instruction.
2. Refine with Style Presets. Below the prompt field is a row of style chips: Photorealistic, 3D Render, Flat Illustration, Cinematic, Minimalist, Pop Art. Selecting one appends the right technical suffix to your prompt before the image is generated. Photorealistic is the safe default for product ads; Cinematic works well for lifestyle and fashion; Flat Illustration suits SaaS and tech.
3. Advanced Options. Expand this section to add a Negative Prompt — a list of things the image should actively avoid. Common entries: text, watermarks, blurry, low quality, extra limbs.
4. Generate Image. Click Generate Image (4 credits). The image renders in a skeleton placeholder at the correct aspect ratio while it processes. Once it appears, click the image to open a full-resolution lightbox.
5. Generate variations. Hit Generate Image again with the same or a tweaked prompt to add more images. Ad Creator keeps a gallery of up to four variations. Toggle Compare to see two images side by side and click to select your favourite.
6. Undo / Redo. The prompt field has full undo and redo support (Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Shift+Z) so you can experiment freely without losing a prompt that worked.
7. Prompt History. The History button shows your three most recently used prompts — handy for recycling a prompt from a previous ad session.
8. Upload instead of generating. If you already have a brand photo or product render, click Upload Image (or drag and drop directly onto the placeholder) to use your own image as the visual. Uploads are free — no credits charged. The image is stored in your account for use in the video step.
Once you have an image you are happy with, press Next: Video.
---
Step 3 — Ad Video
This step animates your still image into a short video clip. Video is optional — you can skip it and deliver an image-only ad if that fits your placement.
1. Choose a Video Model. Two options: - Kling V2.6 i2v — 20 credits, highest quality, best motion fidelity. - Kling V2.5 Turbo — 15 credits, faster, slightly lower quality. Good for drafts or budget-constrained runs.
2. Set Duration. The duration selector lets you control clip length. Shorter clips work better for TikTok-style placements; longer clips suit YouTube pre-roll.
3. Add Motion with Presets. Click any of the quick motion chips — Zoom In, Zoom Out, Pan Left, Pan Right, Dolly Forward, Parallax, Rotate — to add camera movement to the motion prompt. You can chain multiple presets. For most product ads, a simple "slow zoom in toward the subject" makes the image feel alive without being distracting.
4. Custom Motion Prompt. You can write or edit the motion prompt directly in the text field. Be specific: "gentle parallax depth movement with subtle vignette pull" will produce a different result than "slow zoom."
5. Generate Video. Click Generate Video. A progress bar and countdown timer appear (up to 3 minutes). The video generates asynchronously — if you need to cancel, click Cancel and you can retry without losing your image. Once complete, the video plays inline.
6. Skip this step. No video budget? Click Skip to move to the voiceover step and produce an image-plus-audio ad instead. You can always come back later via the step navigation.
Press Next: Voiceover when done.
---
Step 4 — Voiceover
This step writes and voices the narration for your ad. Voiceover costs 2 credits.
1. Script Language. Choose from English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, or Japanese. The AI will write and speak in your selected language, making it straightforward to produce localised variants of the same creative.
2. AI script generation. When you enter this step, a voiceover script is auto-generated from your brief. The script targets a word count appropriate to your format — TikTok scripts aim for 25–40 words (10–15 seconds spoken), YouTube scripts aim for 40–75 words (15–30 seconds). A live progress bar shows whether your current script is under, within, or over the target range.
3. Generate 3 Variants. Click 3 Variants to get three simultaneous scripts in different tones — casual, professional, and punchy — side by side. Click any variant card to adopt it as your active script.
4. Choose a Voice. Six ElevenLabs voices are available: George (deep, authoritative), Sarah (warm, friendly), Laura (soft, youthful), Roger (energetic, bold), Liam (calm, professional), Alice (bright, cheerful). Click the play button next to any voice to preview it speaking a short sample before you commit. The preview costs no credits.
5. Adjust Speech Speed. A slider lets you nudge the narration speed between 0.8x (slower) and 1.2x (faster). Default is 1.0x — leave it there unless your script is running long or your brand voice calls for deliberate pacing.
6. Generate Voiceover. Click Generate Voiceover (2 credits). The audio player appears inline when it is ready. Play it back against your video to check the pairing.
7. Background Music. Toggle Background Music on to add a music bed under the voiceover. Pick a mood — Upbeat, Chill, Dramatic, Corporate, or Ambient — and set the volume level (10–80%). This is a finishing touch worth considering for TikTok placements where music-backed content performs measurably better.
Press Next: Export when the voiceover sounds right.
---
Step 5 — Export and Publish
The final screen presents your complete ad package.
Preview Ad opens a modal with your video (or image) and voiceover synced together — the closest approximation to seeing the ad as a viewer would experience it before you hit publish.
Download All Assets packages your image (.png), video (.mp4), and voiceover audio (.mp3) into separate download prompts. You can also download each asset individually.
Copy Ad Brief copies the full brief — product name, description, audience, CTA, tone, format, and script — to your clipboard. Useful for handing off to a media buyer or pasting into a campaign brief.
Publish via Social Planner routes you to Social Planner, where you can schedule the post with caption and tags. If you use the Composio integration, direct-to-TikTok and direct-to-YouTube publish buttons appear inline.
Create Batch Variants passes your product name and description directly into the Batch Ads Generator so you can produce copy-and-image variants at volume without re-entering the brief.
Create A/B Variant saves the current ad to My Ads and opens a new creative run with the next tone in the rotation, pre-briefed with the same product details. This is the fastest way to build a proper A/B test: same product, different emotional angle, comparable assets.
Your completed ad is automatically saved to My Ads (accessible via the History button in the header on any session). You can restore any saved ad back to step 5 to re-download or tweak.

Tips for better results
- Be specific in the brief. "Premium matcha sourced from Kyoto farms, smooth taste, sustained energy" produces a sharper image prompt than "a green tea product." The AI uses every detail you give it.
- Start with Photorealistic for product ads. Other styles suit specific categories, but Photorealistic is the safest default for physical goods.
- Match tone to platform. Fun and Energetic work on TikTok. Luxury and Professional work on LinkedIn pre-roll and YouTube. The tone setting affects both the visual prompt and the script — picking the right one saves you a regeneration cycle.
- Use the negative prompt. Even a short list — "text, watermark, blurry" — meaningfully improves image quality by steering the model away from common failure modes.
- Preview voices before generating audio. The preview is free and takes five seconds. Picking the wrong voice and regenerating costs another 2 credits.
- Use A/B Variant at the end. Once you have a complete creative you like, hit Create A/B Variant before closing. You will walk away with two polished creatives — same brief, different tone — ready to run against each other.

A full ad (image + video + voiceover) costs between 21 and 26 credits depending on the video model you choose. If you upload your own image instead of generating one, the cost drops to 17 credits. Starter and Pro plans include enough credits for regular ad creation; Power and Business plans suit teams running weekly creative cycles. See pricing for the current credit allocations per plan.
If you need individual image generation outside of an ad flow, Image Generator gives you direct access to Flux Pro with full prompt control. For managing and scheduling the ads you create here, Social Planner handles calendar, captions, and publishing. And if you want to run a full campaign across multiple formats and audiences in one session, Campaign Studio is the logical next step after Ad Creator.
