1. Overview
Vincony respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. This policy explains how we handle copyright infringement claims under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and the equivalent provisions of the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA). While Vincony is a UK-incorporated company, we voluntarily follow a notice-and-takedown process consistent with DMCA § 512 as global best practice.

Our designated agent for receiving notices of claimed copyright infringement is:
Copyright Agent — VINCONY AI LTD Email: [email protected] Postal: 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, England
3. Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on or generated through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] containing:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- A description of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
Incomplete or inaccurate notices may not be acted upon. Knowingly submitting a false notice may expose you to liability under DMCA § 512(f) or equivalent UK provisions.
4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] containing:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales (or, for US-based users, the Federal District Court for your district)
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Vincony maintains a repeat-infringer policy. Accounts with multiple substantiated copyright complaints may be suspended or terminated at Vincony's sole discretion, in accordance with DMCA § 512(i) and UK CDPA provisions.
6. AI-Generated Content and Copyright
AI-generated outputs may in some cases resemble existing copyrighted works. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before use and for ensuring that any commercial use of generated content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Vincony does not warrant that AI-generated outputs are free from copyright claims.
7. UK CDPA 1988
For users and rights-holders in the United Kingdom, this policy is also informed by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002. Where UK law provides different or additional rights or procedures, we will endeavour to comply with those as well.
