1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the Vincony platform. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use Vincony to generate, distribute, or store content that:
- Is illegal under any applicable law or regulation
- Contains or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Creates non-consensual intimate imagery of real individuals (deepfakes)
- Promotes terrorism, extremism, or incites violence
- Contains credible threats against any individual or group
- Constitutes harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
- Infringes on intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights
- Contains malware, phishing content, or is designed to defraud others
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Attempt to bypass content safety filters or model restrictions
- Use automated systems to excessively consume credits or resources
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the platform
- Impersonate Vincony, its employees, or other users
- Use the Service to generate spam or bulk unsolicited communications
- Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or generations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
4. Political and Sensitive Content
While we do not prohibit all political content, you may not use the Service to:
- Create misleading political advertisements or propaganda
- Generate deepfake content of political figures intended to deceive
- Produce content designed to manipulate elections or public opinion through deception
5. NSFW and Adult Content
Generation of sexually explicit content is prohibited. This includes photorealistic depictions of nudity, sexual acts, or content designed to sexually exploit any individual.
6. Compliance with Laws
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to DMCA, COPPA, GDPR, and relevant export control laws.
7. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@vincony.com. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
8. Enforcement
VINCONY AI LTD reserves the right to:
- Remove or restrict access to content that violates this policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts without refund for serious or repeated violations
- Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities
- Cooperate with legal investigations as required by law
9. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
